Horrible, they have made so many mistakes with my account it’s just sad. Constant lapses of communication, lack of knowledge of their own digital products, I’ve finally given up.

They run all my digital marketing. Make a direct correlation of my spend to my sales. By far best I have worked with.

We signed on with AdTaxi and never really saw any results. Their contract entitled them to 40% of ad spend—an absolutely astronomical number if you shop around. We stuck it out with them over a few months because of Elizabeth. When some of the other AdTaxi members of our team were supposedly on strategic calls with us, they would mute themselves and just pipe in here and there—clearly not following the conversation. All in all, we were disappointed with our experience here.
