Our company started working with Array Digital about a year ago. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their team. My first contact was with Glen, our sales rep. As far as first impressions go, I was sold. Since we began our partnership, he makes a point to check in monthly and stay involved in our progress.I’ve worked with Jake, Jamal and Shannon to develop our website, SEO and social media presence. They are a pleasure to work with and quick to respond to any requests. Not only do we have a monthly call to review our account, but Array sends a copy of the stats as well as a detailed video explaining the report.Array provides a personalized, attentive experience. Initially my motivation to partner with Array Digital was partly due to the fact that previous management with my company had worked with a part of their previous business, known as idWeb, for basic web design and hosting services. As the company grew they no longer offered these basic services and made it known I could not maintain our current contract as it was. This was all reasonable and understood, but I did not have the time to entertain moving to another company so it was within the business and my own interest to entertain what Array Digital had to offer. Upon discussing marketing opportunities, I realized we had some missed opportunities we needed to seize and Array Digital was offering a complete solution. We gladly proceeded forward and my initial experience with Array Digital was very positive. The business relationship started off very strong. There appeared to be a valid interest in understanding the details and intricacies of the business so they could cater to our needs well. The issues ultimately came forward later on however with lapsed communications on marketing messages and just (what I felt) a less-than-impressive collection of media content that really didn’t suit our brand image well. Maybe my expectations were set too high, but the mark was missed in my books. The biggest issue came with an expressed deadline of launching our eCommerce and there was just a lack of directive on moving forward at times. Our site also seemed to be problematic to them. Although I cannot confirm or deny the validity of the site creating issues with our very brand name being buried in SEO rankings below websites that made references in mere posts years ago, I can say that there was a variety of problems. To add to that we entirely missed the deadline for the eCommerce launch and one the biggest technical issues, and single-handedly most important features of the eCommerce, could not be resolved by their tech team. I was able to solely resolve these issues myself with just a phone call and a few Google searches. Their tech staff knows their stuff but it felt like they have their focuses divided among too many clients. It’s possible that the deal-breaker feature they failed to get to work with the eCommerce was just entirely too time-consuming as it took me a collective amount of 8 hours or so to resolve on my own. As a positive note: In the ending month with them I have seen some of the best marketing and support responsiveness I saw in the entire year. Maybe this an indication that things are being corrected on their end. What makes this so disheartening is that was evident only after I decided to end our partnership. It’s unfortunate since I see a lot of potential in what they could deliver, but I only give so many chances. Best of luck.

If I had to describe Array Digital in one word I would use: Adaptive. I’ve been a customer of theirs for almost a year. In the beginning, the service, responsiveness, the effort, and the growth of working with marketing firm was present. This being said, they were not experienced in the type of business my company operated within. Nonetheless, they were able to ADAPT quickly to a new challenge!After our website launched and there was some minor hiccups. It only took one phone call with Digital Array to make the proper adjustments.They doubled down and took the time to invest in more communication between us and apply even more effort in understanding us, how they can assist our marketing operation, and improve upon their already solid services and product.Since then I have not doubted their abilities. Specifically, a few individuals we have had the courtesy of working with closely. Jamal for managing the project of developing our company’s website. He always takes the time to find a solution to any of our questions or requests. Another is Glen Kosik, who is punctual and does not waste anytime during our monthly appointments. Finally, I’ll mention Briana who has been fantastic in developing our newsletters sent to our customer base.Array Digital makes no excuses and has provided me a consistent and ever adapting product/service, no matter what the task is. I am absolutely thrilled with Array Digital. They care about my business and my success.
