MAKE THE WEBSITE MORE USER FRIENDLY WHERE YOU CAN ACTUALLY GET A PHONE NUMBER TO A LIVE BODY THAT IS AT YOUR NEWSPAPER VERSUS SOMEONE IN WISCONSIN (WHO I SPOKE WITH) OR GOD KNOWS WHERE. I HAVE LEFT 2 MESSAGES WITH A LISTED PHONE NUMBER FOR ADVERTISING AND NOBODY HAS CALLED ME BACK. I CAN’T GET A LIVE PERSON ON THE PHONE AND WHEN I GET TRANSFERRED IT’S NOT EVEN TO SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP ME. AND YOU WONDER WHY NOBODY GOES TO THE NEWSPAPERS HARDLY ANYMORE. GOOD LORD.

I have tried several times to take the Courier Journal for just the Sunday paper. It always goes fine for a little bit then I start missing a paper here and there maybe 1x a month. Now its been every Sunday for the past 3 months. I will never take it again . I don’t know what’s going on with these delivery people but they suck. I can remember when I was a kid at least our delivery boy you could always count on him but not these people today… What’s happen to peoples work ethics I think it’s gone out the window. I grew up in a day when we took pride in jobs. People today act like jobs mean nothing to them . If you try to call in and complain you have to hold for over an Hr.

I emailed them with a letter to the editor from my dad, who doesn’t do Internet. I got a response which was really snarky, telling me that the letters have to be under 200 words so that everyone can have a chance to speak. (He could have just said it was due to space constraints.) He said I was supposed to have included contact info, and my dad’s was right at the top of the letter. He also got snarky and told me to cut out part of it which he (the editor) disagreed with. 1-star.
