I came to Baseline with a crummy and broken website. I first contacted Baseline via Email through their website. Nathan suggested we meet face-to-face. I poured out to him the frustration I had over other companies who claimed to know what they were doing -- but did not. Additionally I was freaking out about the quotes others were giving me to create a new site. I had instant trust in Nathan and what he could do for me.
