For the money they ask, you can get better quality of work and higher attention to detail with a reputable SEO company elsewhere. I highly recommend to stay away from this joke of SEO company. Slow process, lack of care once they got your money, and outrageous pricing when you compare to their poor quality of work. The content they create is like being written by fresh out of ESL students.
Big Leap is an incredible company who continues to amaze me in the way that they focus on customer needs over anything. They really are an SEO company that puts in the time and effort to get results for their clients. Their company culture and leadership is manifested in their product and service.
I do not recommend this company, and I regret the thousands of dollars I wasted on them. In my opinion they’re not ethical. For the first month they charged $4000 to give me some “keyword search” spreadsheets. This couldn’t have taken long to compile, certainly not worth $4000. For example, I was given a spreadsheet that had errors, so they sent a corrected file shortly after. It didn’t take long to make significant changes with updated data. $4000 for all that? The second month they charged me another $4000, and I’m not sure what they actually did. They were SUPPOSED to update the code on my website for faster loading speeds… except my web develop recently already did that. Did I get a partial refund? Nope. They were also supposed to condense pages and do other tweaks. I don’t see where they did any of that. Then they were going to post a few blog stories about my business… which actually contained a link to a competitor. At that point I’d had enough. What a joke!In my opinion, every single dollar I spent on Big Leap was a complete waste of money. I could go to a freelancer website and get the exact same work done for a fraction of the cost. One final point: the only reason I gave this company a chance is because they were recommended by another company I used to trust. Since throwing $8000 down the drain, I actually went back and did some research. It seems like many of the positive reviews are “highly questionable.” The top hits you get are for review sites where companies can apparently pay for fake positive reviews. I’ve noticed that some of the reviews seem to come from friends and colleagues and other marketers. Do they “trade” positive reviews with other marketers? Do they pay to be top ranked on Clutch?I have to question not only the competency, but the morality of this company. $8000. Gone.

Hiring Big Leap as SEO agency for my business has been one of the worst decisions I have taken. Big Leap has extremely poor internal and external communication, poor follow up procedures and poor quality of deliverables. The content creation leaves a lot to wish for, not to mention the extremely slow work process and poor quality. They will sometimes push your content creation to the next month. Do not bother asking them to work on the technical side of SEO on your page since they have a high chance of messing up or not working on it at all or completely. I alert anyone, business or individuals looking into BL for SEO work to consider a more reputable and serious company who will get things done in a timely manner ( one month to test website speed and errors) and with quality in mind. I have lost money in the transaction and learned the hard way to hire true professionals instead of cutting corners with BL. BE WARNED!
