I am not sure if the positive reviews here are fake but it seems that way. I had an extremely bad experience with this company. I am a small business owner that was interested in supporting local business and hired this company to make edits to my website. It seems like basic website editing was outside of their realm. Numerous unanswered emails, countless wasted hours spent, and finished product was something my 9 year old nephew could do. After losing over $1160.00 dollars for them to do literally nothing, hired another person and the corrections that I needed them to fix she fixed in 2 hours. I was so impressed with her that I hired her to redo my entire site. My suggestion is to go elsewhere! If I could guess, I would probably be correct in saying that they outsource their design and know nothing about web design. I cant imagine that the simple tasks I asked them to complete would be so hard to execute. They couldn’t even change my address on my site. Sad! Run far away from this company. Biggest mistake I have made thus far in 12 years of being in business.

Excellent service from start to finish. We had a tight deadline to get the site up and live and Black Bear was able to come through when it mattered. Professional, sharp, creative, and most importantly they wanted to know what I wanted as the client wanted. My team came back with multiple edits and asked for recommendations that we changed multiple times. Black Bear worked diligently to get everything done, communicated effectively (even on the weekends) and ensured that I was happy with every detail (big & small). I would absolutely recommend Black Bear Design to anyone small or large company to connect with this team on any digital media / design job they need done. Could not be happier with the site!! Called my phone and when I said the person he was looking for wasn’t available he got an attitude and hung up. Rude and was looking for business from us thanks but rather get it elsewhere.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Black Bear. From their customer service to creativity, I’ve been nothing less than impressed with them! After making the decision to redesign our company’s website, I immediately began by doing my homework and initial research. Blackbear was the 3rd or 4th company I interviewed or met with, and the second that I met Jena in their local office, I knew that Black Bear was going to be the new home for my website. She was knowledgeable, experienced, engaged and made me feel comfortable about handing the entire process over to her team. I loved the opportunity to meet with the entire team during our initial kick-off meeting and was impressed by the fact that everyone was present…not to shove ideas in my face, but to genuinely learn about my company, our services and goals. Erin, their awesome content writer, took the time to set up individual interviews to learn even more about us and our culture. Their SEO expert, Rebecca, has taken my calls and emails after hours and been more than willing to address all of my crazy SEO questions or concerns that came along with a redesign. A huge shout out to Tony and Dalton who were more than patient with me as I continued to change things up during the design process, you guys are awesome. Last but not least, I loved the fact that their co-founder, Randee, also participated and was available/responsive anytime I needed anything. Randee genuinely cares about her clients and the results produced by her team. Overall, I’m thrilled with the new site, it’s functionality, and more importantly, the results we are experiencing as a company! There’s by far better options to choose from in Atlanta or surrounding cities. The owner Randee Black wasn’t very interested in hearing our concerns so ignore all the smiles and fake promises she makes and all of the fake positive reviews. This place is a waste of time and a money pit for smalls businesses!

They are an amazing company to work with. I respect the integrity, transparency and passion that their team has and how they work together to bring all aspects of a project together.I have been working with BBD for a few months with several different projects. Each project was very different and each time they provided what I needed within the budget! They listened, seeked to truly understand the project, brought in the right team members, dug in to the project, and provided above and beyond what I needed.I haven’t found and aspect I liked least nor have I had a problem. I do know if one ever came up they would listen, come up with the right solution, and address it!

Black Bear Design Group built our new company a great website from scratch and are working hard on building our social media presence. I feel like I have a whole online marketing department working just for me. Great service and fun people to work with. Highly recommend.
