It was a horrible experience dealing with them. I spent over $7000 on a website redesign that was similar to my previous website. The website wasn’t approved by me, just agreed to launch it first and refine it page by page. After launching the website, they treat the redesign as complete and charge another $300 per month for management services. The main problem with my previous website was its content. However, they didn’t mention it until I brought it up. They did not address the main issue with their solution. I asked them to improve my web page’s content. The content they provided was unnecessarily long. Despite telling them I don’t accept this long content for my website, and asking for a shorter version, they still processed my credit card the next day. Their charge for reverting back to my previous website was $500. What a shame. Alternatively, if they missed the requirement I made, they would claim they did not receive my email. Be very cautious when dealing with them.
