I have received spoofed phone calls from BrightEdge at two different organizations I have worked for. Every time I question their cold callers about this they come up with some excuse for why they have to do it. Don’t do business with a shady company like this. It’s not worth it.

These people are straight up SPAMMERS. Their sales people are spoofing local numbers when cold calling. This is not what legitimate businesses do. They literally called my colleague and I twice within seconds, then called my cell spoofing my colleagues work number. Shame on you all. We willl NEVER to business with you.

BrightEdge consistently calls my company using our own name and number on the caller ID. I don’t understand the purpose, because it comes across shady. I’ve called out two separate sales representatives about this – the first said that I’ve been transferred around to a bunch of different departments , which they had not been. The second said that ‘he doesn’t know why that’s happening, and he’s sorry, but that’s not something that he has a hand in’.

Call from Brightedge showed up on my caller ID – I ignored. A couple minutes later, a local women and children’s shelter number popped up on my caller ID… answered… Hi, this is Eric with Brightedge. NOPE. That is not how you do business. I asked him about why his call showed up as a local number. Acted like he had no idea. And this isn’t the first time this has happened with Brightedge. Only other masked calls I get are from scammers. I don’t trust or do business with deceitful people/companies. No thank you.
