Had a great stay, nice and clean

Anna at front desk was so helpful and delightful to speak with. Our requests for any supplies needed was delivered to our door without any in-person interactions. We stayed in the tower deluxe room and was larger than expected with a corner view of the CN tower and waterfront. The kitchenette has one pan, utensils, kettle, microwave, and coffee maker. Thanks for the stay!

Stayed there for NYE 2020. Amazing package including dinner and brunch. The room was great and the customer service was exceptional . I would highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely gorgeous lobby. Very unique old bank vault and architecture. Fantastic valet parking service. Didn't stay as a guest but have a friend whose renting an apartment suite. I can only imagine how lovely the hotel rooms are.

It's always very clean, the suites are modern, comfortable and quiet plus the location is awesome👌

Had one of the WORST experiences here when I stayed a few months ago.I got to my room and saw that there was a MASSIVE blood stain on our duvet. It is clear they do not wash (or even check) their sheets in between guests and that is horrifying especially during COVID. When I told front desk this while checking out all they offered me was free valet parking for my stay.Also, when you sign in they tell you that there will be no guest interaction and if you ask for something to be brought to your room, they will knock once and leave it at the door. During my stay I asked for an extra bed sheet (OBVIOUSLY) and a toothbrush kit and BOTH times I was greeted at my door, face to face with a staff member NOT WEARING A MASK. This hotel is not taking COVID seriously and are not enforcing their policies stated on the website. I would not reccommend staying here, I DID NOT FEEL SAFE AT ALL!!!!
