An epic waste of time. We were looking for an agency to maintain our Facebook and Instagram presence and took a chance with Clickmatix. We were met with a slick salesperson with a very sophisticated client acquisition process that signs you on to an ongoing fixed term contract then passes you over to what I can assume is a co-ordinator that outsources everything overseas. It took a whole month for our first post to go live and in the 3 months we engaged them we got a total of 11 posts when we originally thought we’d engaged them for 5-7 per week. We were constantly given excuses for the shortfall the entire process. You are better finding a freelancer on Upwork as you’ll get exactly the same result for about a quarter of the price. Extremely disappointed.

Just want to say thank you to Chintan who went out of his way to fix some issues on my website even after my term had expired. He is a professional and a man of his word.

Waste of time and money. Targetting areas i told them not too wasted 4 months and with 2 months left it will take longer. Would you stay? Certainly not. When i dont advertise im lucky to get 1 enquiry. paying over 150 a week for that. yet when i advertise im so busy yet they tell me its organic pffttt whatever. wasted my time and money for no results. wasted your time to drag it out longer so get more money. Absolutely useless
