I went to three different companies for my project one of which was Crosby. The other two had a 10 minute meeting with me where they basically told me what I would want. The Crosby people meet with me for over an hour and listened and made suggestions. I felt a level of detail that was great. They have been there for me at the drop of a hat and I would recommend them to anyone!

The site looks absolutely amazing and certainly gives a huge feeling of legitimacy in the on line world. We are very impressed with the work and time dedicated to getting this up and running. I’ve hired Crosby twice with two separate companies, and both times they’ve been fantastic partners. They’re timely, professional, and insanely talented. They created user friendly back end interfaces so that our whole company can go in and edit or change things as our business evolves.

Never ever use this company! When they came in half price of any other bid we asked why? They replied because we are good at what we do. As of this review, one year after launch, we have spent over $15,000.00 fixing and or repairing items that were incorrect or never finished. That never kept Crosby from taking our money. Very unhappy to say the least.

Love doing business with Crosby. I know I can trust the owner Phil, to be honest and up front with me about cost. I have had several things worked on, and I’ve never been disappointed.

I’ve worked with Crosby interactive multiple times over the last few years (since 2015) and I’ve yet to have a less than stellar experience! They’re always attentive, usually responding to my emails within minutes and solve my site issues within 24-48 hours in worst case scenarios. I can’t say enough good things about these guys…I highly recommend!
