Crystal Clear is definitely on top of everything! I have spent a lot of time in trainings and every one has been friendly and very very helpful. Everyone has been willing to go the extra mile. I have had associates go above and beyond business hours, etc and really they do it with pleasure. The SPC they created is pretty genius, and they all know aesthetics and medicine inside and out-so that makes it so much easier. My User Experience Researcher is a blessing. Not only is Christy funny, friendly and personable, she has helped me with so much beyond what our call agenda is about and has amazing ideas to help me and my business and she completely understands me as a customer. I can not say enough good things about her. Crystal Clear is blessed to have her!!

The absolute worst experience with a digital marketing company. Complete fraud, 10,000 down payment. Unbelievable monthly payments and zero results.

I have had a website for my practice for many years and have had various people and services help me with it over the years, so I had a lot to compare with Crystal Clear’s services. They continually tweak it to make it better and better – but best of all are the great leads. As could be expected, the leads were slow to start coming in the beginning but are coming about every day now. If the number of leads continues to grow at the same rate, we will be overwhelmed with new patients over the next year.I can’t recommend Crystal Clear any higher. They have earned it!

I had a bad experience with Crystal Clear a few years ago when I owned by Med Spa but never took the time to write a review. Recently, I heard they are still handling their business the same way and felt compelled to write this review so others would know and be warned. I was a small Med Spa looking to drive traffic into my practice. My website was very delayed in launching, once the paperwork was done and money was received it became very hard to reach anyone and get things done in a timely manner. We never got the results we were looking for. When we ended our contract, we were forced to pay their out clause which we did not so they held our website. Overall, we were very disappointment in how they handled our account, their customer service and result we saw from the money we spent. ROI was zero. Now I know they are still doing this to other people, felt it is important to share. Lastly, I met Crystal Clear at a trade show, purchase the product, the next time I saw them at another trade show, it was like they did not know me and that was before we cancelled the contract. I think it is very weird their Facebook page is locked down so you can’t write a review. Buyer be warned!
