Can’t seem to get off the spam list, no matter how hard I try

We as a small company needs to shutdown operations and we’ve asked Lisa to reduce the management fees according to the % adwords spending .. She said NO – i need to get a loan to pay her FULL management fees. So bnow we are paying 45% management fees and still $ 2000 SEO fees for only 2 BLOGS per month. 1 star rating… Werner
