Recently switch to Dr Multimedia and can honestly say that it has by far been the best thing for this practice. Alex is AMAZING and is always there when I need him. His professionalism and his time management on returning my calls, answers, etc. is always at 100%Highly recommended 🙂

terrible service. Customer service does not respond via emails phone calls or this alleged Chat. we have had an issue that has gone unresolved for 3 weeks. this is so disappointing.

I just had the most amazing experience with an account manager of Doctor Multimedia, Alejandro Segui. I had agreed to switch to use their service for my website. I was under the impression that I was on a month-to-month basis with my current provider because I never received any notice when it auto-renewed for another year. When I informed my current provider that I was going to end my contract and switch to a new provider they informed me that I was under contractual obligations with them for another few months. I informed my new designer, Ryan Mann, about the issue and he must have informed Alejandro who called me out of the blue and offered me a delay to the start of my new website until I fulfilled my previous contract! Very impressive customer service and quite a relief to my budget! Thank you!!!
