Update: I still think this a great company but not the best to work for, under the circumstances, I feel I learned a lot about myself as a designer, but also saw the disfunction of an office setting when the leadership doesn’t communicate and does not offer you training or room to grow. If your looking for a place to work, this is a great place for Jr Designers but, defiantly not a place you would be staying long term. None of the work you do here can be used in your portfolio. There is one head designer who will take your work and redesign it. (Doesn’t matter how long you’ve been designing) and then say your work is not good. You are more or less there for production and minimal design work. I still believe Kay is an amazing woman and will offer her clients great work, just the working environment isn’t the best and they have a very high turn over for most of their employees. They out source most of their work to local talent. Originally I was warned to not work for this company and they have been flagged by the design community to be the place no one wants to work at. However, there is still a lot you can learn here if you’re willing to listen and be a pawn for the leadership teams.Older Review:I’ve been working with the team here at Douglas Marketing Group and can officially say they not only are a really solid team of inspirational professionals their work that they produce is beyond superb and of premium quality. I would recommend any business to check out the things this company has accomplished. Kay Douglas is a genius mastermind behind this company and it shows with her dedication and details in every single thing she does. This is a true Windsor Gem.
