Unfortunately not!! I had to call them a few times before someone actually got back to me then I spoke to a different person not the actual guy I called and he said he would review my sites and get back to me with a plan in a few days. Over 2 months went by and I still didn't get a call!!! When I reached out to the fellow I spoke to he said he had a family emergency. Maybe but I doubt it was within the 3 days that he was supposed to get back to me and even if it was in that time, why in over 2 months didn't he even think once to reach out and/or pass me off to one of his colleagues?? Horrible customer service. When I Mention that he could have taken 2 minutes to advise me of that in the over 2 months that I've been waiting to hear from him I got ZERO response. I don't have any confidence that my money will be spent well here especially at nearly a $1000 a month. I have zero confidence that they will be doing work on my behalf.
