Our patients can finally find us online. Our new website is easy to use and patients love it. During Covid we have had many old patients find us online and many more that are new. As a medical marketing professional I have used several digital marketing companies in the past and they are either no longer in business or the people at those companys’ do not truly understand medical.I shopped for 18 months searching for the right company to build a new website for a practice that performs bariatric and general surgery. From the first phone call I was impressed. They sold me by our second call and I am excited to say they have meet and exceeded every expectation.I have worked with Girard Evalle in Client Success Manager at Einstein Industries and it has been nothing but success. He is skilled at listening to a clients individual needs and concerns and pleasantly addresses them all. He is always positive, nothing is an inconvenience…even changes at the 9th hour.He thoroughly explained everything and their software is very intuitive to use. Update to original review:I received a call on our regular office number requesting to speak with me. I was told that this would not happen again and I received an apology. Thanks to Britney(sp?) for getting in touch and letting me know this was not your typical approach for getting clients.Original reviewI received a vague message from Alex Green on the cell phone number I provide my patients for emergencies. Nothing mentioning that he was not a patient or how he got the number that is only provided to patients for emergencies and is spelled out specifically for that purpose on our office phone.It became apparent very quickly that he was a salesman as he would not stop talking no matter how often I tried to interject.Very unprofessional and shady sales tactics using an emergency number to contact a doctor to make a pitch.

As an orthopedic surgeon relocating and expanding my practice, I was in need of a professional, sophisticated company to manage my online presence. Einstein medical has filled this need and exceeded my expectations. With minimal effort on my part, Brittany laid out an extensive plan for a website, strategic SEO, and social media presence, allowing me to keep my focus on my practice and my patients. I’m very much looking forward to a continued relationship with this company.

I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I spent well over 12K on a horrible website design that brought in zero leads. The reps promise the world and do not delivery. I would never recommend Einstein to anyone. Proceed with caution.

Have been very happy with the website, SEO management and marketing. Alan and Chris both took time to educate me on what I was buying when it came to website design and SEO management. In less than a year I have improved my ranking by 3 pages on a google search and have seen a ~150% increase in website traffic over my previous year. In marketing with Einstein I was able to see results immediately. If you need a website stop searching and call Alan or Chris. Seriously… why are you still reading this?

I am an orthodontist in Albuquerque, NM and recently signed on with Einstein to build my practice a new website and revamp my SEO campaign. The initial Audit was very thorough and uncovered many shortcomings in both web design and configuration as well as SEO. Einstein’s plan was simple to understand and reasonably priced. Brittany has been awesome and I am confident Einstein will enhance my web presence in the future.

Very Unprofessional. This company will tell you anything in order to sell you something. There are many other companies that are willing to work with medical doctors and professionals in a way that is focused on the overall picture with a high ethical standard. I can not recommend this company!!!!!
