When I moved hear in 2015 everthing was epic. Slowly in 2020 so bullies started to move made people move. On Octber 28th 2021, 3 teenagers came to the community to steal people’s bikes,scooters,and plants. Whenever we tell the apartment people they don’t listen because the complex is full of indians.

Vito – From maintenance team is outstanding. He really takes care of the issues and is very thorough in what ever he does.

The maintenance team member Vito is really great. He is very kind and helpful. He really cares about the residents needs.

The maintenance guy Victo is very good at his job. He is always available to help whenever you call to complain. He goes over and beyond to ensure that the request is done.

The maintenance team member, Bob is really great. He is very kind and helpful. He really care about the residents’ needs.But other services of this apartment is not satisfied.

We lived in this community for 10 months. After our lease ended and we moved out, we have been forced to pay electricity bill for the time till next tenant arrived, only because we did not inform Electricity company that we vacated the unit. This is ridiculous. Apartment management knows that we did move out on given date and they know when next tenant arrived. Its very clear the usage in between is not tied to our residency. In other states or places where we rented, we never faced this situation. I tried to reach them to resolve this but received all rude answers. Feels like the company is banking on people’s ignorance to pay up for their electricity costs.

I have learned to look at reviews whenever searching for apartments. As I had considered moving here I started looking at the reviews, mostly 1 star which tells me that this is not the place . I am very picky when it comes to where I live and judging from the stars let’s just say no !
