What’s good:- They helped me out with one month rent during pandemic.- Christine is very nice, helpful, and informative.- Quiet / convenient/ environment with police stations and great choices of restaurants nearby / great location for UTA students.- Texas snow storm (2021) recovery time was about two days. Fast and efficient.What can be done a bit better:- Pests, and doesn’t matter how clean your room is. Ask the front desk or office for pest control.- Key fob was promised to be given a week after moved in, took over a year to deliver.
