So impressed with the A+ content received from Kevin and his team at eStore factory. I was so curious how they were going to make something form my candle company but WOW, lol, they did. And they did a GREAT job. I had just a few copy edits which were my preference in change and probably didn’t even need to be made haha. I”ll use them again for my next product

I have worked with a several of virtual assistants for Amazon and other projects for the past decade. There are benefits and drawbacks to working with large teams and individuals. eStore gives you the benefits of a large team with the service of a small group. I currently have another team that helps me A-Z for FBA, but they do not do photography. Working with Kevin and Varsha was relatively easy and the photos turned out to be the best we have done up to this point. Looking forward to the launch knowing that is done professionally. I am happy I gave them a shot and feel good knowing I have their support with FBA when I need it in the future.

Terrible experience. Photos were decent but they had terrible customer service. Didn’t do what I asked. I had to constantly follow up with them and they missed several deadlines. Avoid the headache and go with another company.

Estore factory is awesome service through Amazon. Team is timely responding the queries. I highly recommend to use estore.
