After transitioning from a previous company, Exaalgia picked up my website. It started off rocky, I’ll admit, but once Steven Sayasy took on my project, he was incredible. He listened, he was professional, personable and got the job done as well as took care of a year’s worth of frustration from previous employees that didn’t take the time to research my situation. I am grateful. He’s the reason I’ll be staying and recommending Exaalgia to others.

Exaalgia took over the hosting of my website from another company and provides ZERO service, I can’t get anyone to return a phone call or an email. I’ve emailed the contacts I was given: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] with no resolution to my site problems. (I have sent messages saved in my Gmail dating back to 05/21). They continue to draft my checking account for fees, but no one is managing my website, my ecommerce page has become unusable, as I reported to them last year. I’ve lost thousands of dollars in online sales as a result. I want to migrate my site to another hosting service, but can’t event get a hold of someone to help me back up the site for the migration. Ridiculously unprofessional and non existent customer service.

Beautiful scenery and nice professional staff

The location is impeccable! Clean, spacious, and the amenities offered are beneficial. The whole vibe is serenity with the balcony office view of the garden and man made lake. The staff are accessible and productive. I would recommend Regus to anyone looking to rent out space.

First let me start off with saying I Love my balcony office! The team here always takes care of me and my clients, they are very quick and responsive with anything I need! Also very clean.
