They perceived themselves as experts when they are clearly not. We were disappointed with the ad they put up for us. During their proposal, they promised a lot of creative ideas to include in our ad. However, when they send the final version for our approval, it was mediocre and lack all the things they promised.
Not the best company that can help you with your advertising needs. We got them on project but we were disappointed with their delays and lack of communication. The final ad result was also not that appealing. They are only good with enticing prospective clients but they don’t actually deliver a good quality service.
Fearless Media is a great way to advertise your business. It can target a specific audience you’re looking to draw in. However, I found that the company’s creative team was a little sloppy. It took a lot of time and effort before I was able to confirm that the ad was good enough to air. I also felt my completed ad did not have nearly as much effort put in to it.
Managers are not efficient in holding meetings and assigning tasks. It’s good that they let people voice their opinions and give insight into the projects. but the number of meetings is just too many, and it’s really affecting the efficiency of everyone. Management needs to learn how to effectively handle people and conduct brainstorming sessions.
Not recommending this company for your digital marketing and ads needs. Once you get their service, there is no turning back. There is no refunding of what you have paid even if you don’t get the results you are expecting.
This company is fearless in hiring newly graduates to enslave them. They take advantage of them and assign them loads of work saying they are being trained and challenged. i was one of the new hires but they couldn’t fool me. Upon realizing what they’re doing to us, I asked for a raised to compensate for more work. They promised but haven’t given me any raise yet so I quit. I knew better that they won’t do it. They’re too cheap and deceitful.
It’s all work most of the time, and no play. The company should at least have some team building programs to ease up the pressure and tension that goes on in the workplace. Some clients are hard to deal with, so it would be good if the company would support their employees and promote work-life balance.
