Awesome space!! All people I’ve met there have been super friendly and easy to work with!

Probably one of swankiest places I’ve ever been in. Had a great time partying over there and the vibe was awesome!

Booked an event here to debut a short film before it went on the festival junket. Not only was the owner the chillest, most accommodating host around, but he even helped me make last minute lighting changes, and helped clean up after. Great open space, but the owner is what really sold it. Thanks man!

So I may be a little biased but this place checks every box for downtown LA. Tons of free parking, great blank canvas of a space that can be turned into anything. We hosted a fundraising event that 120+ attended, there was a dance floor, DJ set up, open bar and a VJ. Great sense of community and I will definitely come back to run more events.
