I’ve been working at Ignite for almost 4 years and it has been an incredible ride of company growth, innovation, challenges and fulfilling to be a part of. – First off I have to say hats off to the owners, John and Krish that have handled the current COVID-19 situation with exceptional care. Safety of employees was their #1 concern in addition to being flexible with clients who’ve greatly affected. The owners did everything from the start to make sure that everyone was able to keep their jobs which made me even prouder of working here. – There is lots of room for growth as many employees get promoted 1-2 times per year with raises and an every expanding bonus structure for all employees. – Constant new innovation continues to improve the sophistication of our work so you are always learning something new. – Management is always hiring an advance so employees handle a reasonable client load vs. other agencies I’ve worked which expect them to handle 2-3 times the amount of clients. I heard this over and over from our new hires. This also results in our clients getting the work and attention that they deserve. – The owners and management is always looking for feedback on how to keep improving the agency. When any issues arise, it is attended to ASAP. – Flex work hours are great along with work from home days. – A great huge office with lots of perks. (loaded snack bar, amazing coffee machine and tea selection, free lunches 2-3 times per month, shuffleboard and great outside patio) – There is usually a fun event each month whether it’s a happy hour, social event, padres game, day at the track, in addition to great holiday and anniversary parties. – Management also does a great job of hiring amazing people that are great to work with. I’ve seen lots of great friendships develop here over the years. I’m looking forward to seeing many of my co-workers once life gets back to normal after COVID.
