They are able to help me improve my website and upload the documents like New Patient forms that can be downloaded and printed directly from my website. However, I have to know that I want something so I can ask for it. I would like if they can suggest options I could have before I have to request it. That would make my life and website easier.

This is just my PSA, Please save your self time, money and many headaches and find any other company to work with. my personal experience with them has been horrible, i have been put on hold for over 10 min multiple times, once was well over 45 min!!! Then if you can get someone on the phone getting them to make any changes to there campaign is impossible and all they do is tell you how well the ads are doing even tho you keep telling them that no one is calling.
