Peyton in customer service went above and beyond to answer my questions and fix my site just the way I wanted it. I have been with them for years and have no intention to change, ever.

I understand this is a large company with platforms that help us create a unique website. However, I feel like our company's website is personalized and not simply a cookie cutter platform. Kate is my inside rep who helped me review what is working and what is not working. This allowed me to keep improving my website and take advantage of the new features available on the platform.

I work for a Veterinary Hospital and we have been using iMatrix for years for a very basic site that we haven't updated in quite some time. When I decided to revamp the site I researched several companies. Parker was great in helping me understand what each part of the proposal meant and why I might need that for my website.
