I am very happy with the customization work that IntuitSolutions did on my website. What I had was based on a template purchased off of the BigCommerce marketplace and while it was a nice template, it was just missing some customization that really could help it be far more functional. I found what I was looking for with IntuitSolutions. I think the price was very reasonable and it was wrapped up within two weeks of contacting them, so I was very happy with the turnaround. I would happy recommend their services to others and also used them to do the 1-page checkout, which is a huge improvement on the default BigCommerce checkout process.

I can’t say that I had the greatest experience with IntuitSolutions, but what I can say is that one of the principals, Brian, went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. He was professional, and made an amazing effort to understand and address my concerns.Not everyone is a match, and sometimes there are hiccups. How a business deals with those hiccups is what separates the professionals from the amateurs.Thanks Brian!
