Great company, great people. The account managers took a lot of time to really understand OUR business, not just try to sell us their services. They were really focused on the analytics and the data that would improve not only our web presence, but my business overall. I really appreciated their business-focused approach, and their commitment to making decisions based on my goals and the data available. Not just improving search results.

I wish I could give negative stars. They came to us and wanted to do work for us. We were very reluctant to work with them. They promised all these wonderful things would happen if we handed over our web advertising to them. We hesitantly agreed and told them not to make large changes and only to focus on a handful of ad groups. The person we instructed handed the entire project to another person who made huge changes to our account. Our account tanked. Our click through rate got cut by 75%. Our costs more than doubled. We almost went out of business. Stay away from Iterate.
