Leadpages

My Agency ONLY uses LeadPages for all of our Clients' Landing Pages, and ours. We love the flexibility, up-time, customer service and how easy the platform is to use. We've been with them for years and constantly notice them making incremental changes to improve the way everything works, without having to learn anything new. We've tried their competitors, and there is just NO comparison. With a product this good, frankly I don't even know how they still have competition.

Leadpages is amazing. I've been able to build a lot of technical stuff myself in the past since I am very graphically oriented, but using Leadpages has been an absolute delight to use. I can do exactly what I want to do easily, without HTML code. I'm so excited to launch our new site, and I probably saved about $7000. Very pleased with Leadpages!

I've twice used support and had my expectations exceeded. The first time was an online chat in realtime. When Sam (the person helping me) concluded by saying ‘here’s a quick video that will help.” I expected a general how-to video from a help suite. What got was a personalised video, with Sam saying my name and then showing me how to do EXACTLY what I wanted using my actual account data. I had to watch twice before I realised just how personalised it was. Astonishing. Thank you.

I was blown away by the customer service. I received a personal video walking me through my landing page. That was incredibly helpful as this is my first time making anything like this!! Thank you for all the info and help!!

I contact support with a few questions and Patrick was amazing! He was quick to respond and knew exactly what I was asking for help with. He put himself in my shoes (as the customer) and was very empathetic and super helpful. Great job Patrick!

When creating my first landing page with Leadpages, I noticed there was a link to request feedback. I thought, What the heck ... let's try it. Libby from Leadpages responded with a video, including amazingly thoughtful and valuable suggestions! I had no idea what to expect from the feedback, and she blew me away with her insight and explanations for the tweaks she made. Specifically, she helped me by pointing out: That my logo takes up too much space - I need to reformat the white space around that. The background tweaks - changing the spatial orientation. How to simplify and unify the message/offer between the two sections of the page. Modifications in color Also love that she dropped a copy with your modifications into my account. Great support from Leadpages, thank you!!

Cari was brilliant! So patient... and she explained everything thoroughly... and Promptly!! Which is awesome when you are trying to work through something... as it becomes frustrating when you have questions and different time zones and you need to do something, then wait for support, do something, then wait for support.... it makes the process long and tedious! Cari was so awesome at getting back to me quickly and had the answers, so I could keep working at the pace I needed to! So grateful for her help! Thanks for the great support, Leadpages!
