These days I just glad to get one paper in my driveway, no less the papers to be delivered. That guy didn’t even send a Christmas card for me to tip him so I don’t even know who I complain about.

Digital subscription cannot be cancelled online, have to call, no way to get refund or verify it will actually cancel and not charge me for another year I didn’t want. No way to remove payment method. Unbelievable. FTC said today that this practice is illegal. Would give zero stars if I could. Legal or not, you just guaranteed that I NEVER resubscribe. If you’d made it easy, I would consider it. I normally support local news and media but I hope you go out of business.
