I might be slightly biased since I admittingly am an executive at LSEO, but I also pride myself on being an objective person with the ability to see things from all sides. Therefore, I hope this review provides some valuable insight for you. As President, I am currently responsible for the hiring at LSEO as well as the day to day operations at the company. We are extremely proud of the team that we have been able to recruit and build, and have some of the top digital minds now working at the company. We have a fairly casual atmosphere, but we know how to get stuff done! Internally we have coined the phrase that we have a entrepreneurial environment. As a result we provide our employees with the independence they need, but also work hard to create a place and give them the support they need to succeed.We are not perfect and as a fast growing company we have had to learn from our mistakes and adapt. We did this recently after we moved into our new building and in turn created a culture committee since we needed to get more internal feedback (and input!) and let the employees share more in their own direct spaces. We do expect our employees to work hard and care about their jobs and the company, but first and foremost care about their fellow employees. I love coming to my job daily which is pretty special and I don’t think most people can say that about their jobs. I personally care about every single person that works here, or has worked here, even when I have had to make tough staff decisions. We welcome all feedback, both good and bad and always hope to make this the best place to work. That’s the one thing we strive toward above all else.
