Mary at Mak Digital Design was fantastic to work with. She helped me move our website IDCards.com to a new platform and helped us redesign our home page. They stayed on budget and did exactly what we asked for.

We needed to make some user experience changes to the site, particularly around how our account section was set up. We worked with Michael to figure out the best flow and things turned out great. Have heard positive feedback from our customers ever since. Will be back.

Was frustrated at first, as the original designs they came up with were way off of my vision for the website. They came up with another concept and nailed it, however. The website launched quickly, 3 weeks early. We’ve done a few small projects with MAK since and no issues. We will continue to use MAK.

We outgrew our current platform and needed help from an agency that could recommend the right platform for the next phase of our business. We turned to MAK and couldn’t be happier. Drew and Michael were godsends throughout the process! We hit a couple speed bumps during the project but I’d be lying if I said they weren’t our teams faults. I can definitely recommend MAK if you’re looking to move platforms.

MAK helped our startup get off the ground, recommended a few additional solutions for our marketing and order management needs. We’re extremely happy. If I had to gripe, the project ran a little longer than I would’ve liked, but I guess I can’t complain because it was within the original estimate.

We’ve used MAK for a variety of services now over the years. They took the time to learn our business and I can’t see a reason why I’d switch agencies at this point.
