MyCity Social got us up and running in no time. Very responsive and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills during the whole process. We have had such a great experience since day one. They really know their stuff and will explain it all in great length to make sure we are all on the same page. Their patience with non-digital marketing people like myself really helps me understand the process.

I have had the pleasure working with MyCity Social in building my company’s website. The team was nice, understanding, patient and most importantly knowledgeable about digital marketing. We came to them initially for just website updates and after analyzing our needs they advised us how our limited resources could be more impactful. Do not use this company. I signed up with Eric Almly and he was terrific. Unfortunately, he left so I told them I didn’t want to renew. They acknowledged my cancellation by calling and sending me an email asking to discuss the cancellation. They have auto renewed my contract even though they knew and acknowledged my cancellation request. I’ve called and emailed about it but they are still refusing to refund my money. This is how they retain people…against their will and fight you to stay with them. They must be desperate for money.
