i hired this agency to develop a complete set (desktop, tablet and mobile) of mock ups for a website redesign back at the end of January. the agency advised that the project would be delivered on or by 3/15. as of earlier this week i had still not received the completed work to my satisfaction. it’s not been a great experience dealing with the owners and the worst part, is the non delivery has delayed my website project another 3 months till i can find a new agency
