Terrible experience! First day immediately broke our web sight! Blamed the theme & plugin & did not apologize or take personal responsibility. Also never completed or followed up on what was hired and paid to do. I wrote a much more detailed review but somehow it was taken down for violation of Facebook community standards. I am not sure why but I will keep this review version brief. My experience has been painful! It has cost me time, headache and money!

I am from Lake View in New Orleans and hired Sheri to improve our site but as soon as I gave her accesses to word press she immediately broke the sight home page and somehow reverted the entire sight to an unoptimized and undersized state. It took me over 6 months to do all of that work. What disturbs me even more about Sheri is she never apologized or gave me the decency of a phone conversation. Our sight went from B/C speed page score to F (0). She took no responsibility and shifted the blame to a theme or plugin. Now I am left to fix my sight. On top of that she never did what we had agreed to nor did she follow up on what I had already paid. My experience has been horrific!
