Look out for Osky Blue. First they sign you up for a long term contract. Then act like they know what they are doing in Facebook. When you bring in an expert like we did, they could not hide their incompetency yet they had the nerve to charge us $1000 a month for the next 3 months. My advice if you see Osky Blue anywhere, turn and run.

I feel Osky Blue was overpriced in terms of design, SEO, and closing the loop overall. I paid a lot of money for a business website. The design was OK, not exceptional, but exceptional is what you expect for the kind of prices they charge. At first, anything is possible. Very quickly, they’ll manage your expectations to something mediocre (in my view). SEO was average at best, in my view as well. No major ranking improvement. The sale process is great, with statements that elude to Osky Blue not outsourcing the process to overseas designers and web developers. This is odd because someone from India logged into my account. That was a tell. When it came time to transfer hosting, Osky Blue tried to charge me almost $400 just to migrate my website which they already received a lot of money for to create. For what you pay, they should migrate your website to any new host for free. If you don’t want to pay Osky Blue $50 a month to host your site, you’ll likely choose a big host like GoDaddy or Blue Host, which millions of companies use. Don’t expect migrating your website to a new, major host to be an easy process either. Osky Blue is incompatible with major hosts like GoDaddy. You can’t even pay GoDaddy to help you because of the major differences in Osky Blue’s process. I was provided almost 40 steps by Osky Blue to complete the process! When I asked how much Osky Blue would charge to migrate my site to the new host, they quoted me almost $400! This is on top of almost $3,000 worth of web design costs. In my view, the migration process should be seamless and be compatible with GoDaddy and BlueHost. I feel the process was made difficult unnecessarily, especially at the end. Overall, I am very disappointed and I now wish I had gone a different direction.

I would never recommend anyone to Osky Blue no work was performed and I was still charged $1,750.00 they never reversed the payment. I was lied multiple employees of Osky Blue. John Kendall the CEO promised me the charges would be reversed. The fraudulent charges were performed on July 6,2016. As of September 21,2016 I still have not received reimbursement.

This company, OSKY Blue stole our money! They ran our credit card for $1750.00 and did not do the SEO work. Jon Kendall ans OSKY Blue are frauds. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR PERSON!!!!!!
