Despite what their response will say, I sadly worked with them for about a year. Trying to avoid them threatening their lawyers another time.I can only speak to their SEO services which resulted in no traffic/revenue increase from there work. Worse yet, they kept taking credit for traffic they weren’t effecting. Either they are extremely uneducated in SEO or acting in a fraudulent way. That is just the tip of the iceberg with them. We flushed a lot of money down the toilet working with them. I highly recommend NOT using Outerbox.

We are working with Outerbox in SEO and Paid Ads for about a year now, the team is very knowledgeable providing excellent reporting of campaigns. They are a hands on team who provide quick feedback and insights about SEO, Google Ads and Social Media campaigns.

They must not need any new clients… I went through the process of explaining my needs to a Sales Consultant. He gave me the pitch I was expecting, I responded reiterating what it was exactly that I was looking for, which is outside of his pitch parameters I’m assuming. He said he would get with his team to review my website and get back to me to set up a conference call to talk process, pricing, etc. He set up a call, canceled the call that very morning asking if we could reschedule. I said yes, please provide dates and times of availability. He provided 1 day and time, I said I couldn’t do it, and suggested another. I received no response at all, so a week later I randomly emailed him asking Is it safe to assume that you do not want my business? Another week later, I received the response apologizing and saying he is assuming I went with another company already. I told him I have not, but seems it is now time to do so.
