Rod's team originally did good work but then they started having real problems. The quality of the PPC management was poor and caused tons of ineffective ad spend. I stuck around far too long which ended up being an expensive waste of money, time and opportunity. They billed me for work they clearly had not performed because they had not even logged into the account. When I brought this up with Rod and informed him I was no longer going to work with them, he didn't apologize and instead sent a final invoice for more work which was never performed.
