My logo was re-designed and gives a better image to my products and shows more professionalism.I had also lost access to my Google Business account, I didn’t know neither my e-mail or password and they were able to recover it for me, not to mention the website that was created, it looks astonishing attractive, clean, easy to understand and best of all its giving me results getting new clients that catches their attention thanks to the new web design Plaudit has created for my company.

Update: The rep I was working with did reach out to me personally to formally apologize. Still ending up going with a different company, but appreciate it none the less.Looks like they are good at what they do, but it was painful to get timely responses from them when we were looking into getting a new website. When I gave the feedback that I was concerned about the slow responses prior to moving forward with a project that was almost $100,000, I was responded to promptly letting me know that they are already plenty busy with current clients and that I was not a priority. Not even an apology. In my opinion, this company may do a good job, but the client-relationship skills appear to be extremely unprofessional. You may be treated as more of a number rather than a customer.

I hired Plaudit to create a website from scratch for me. They were so helpful every step of the way. They were patient with my procrastination and helpful in moving the process along without being pushy. I absolutely love my website. The people I worked with were friendly, smart, and knowledgeable.
