No documents are being uploaded for LLC, never answer the phone or return calls. Invest your money elsewhere.Edit: I made a complaint and a review and they handle my issue with lightning speed. After review it was mentioned that my documents that had came were in my personal name instead of business which caused some confusion. The fact that it was made priority to get this issue resolved was very satisfying to me. Now I cannot give a full 5 star because Texas Registered agent and answering phone calls or returning phone calls still needs a little bit of work. I’d definitely recommend to a fellow business owner in the future.

Completely terrible experience they terminated my account. Than asked me to send cashier check I have sent them and than they canceled their services. And didn’t sent me my check back. They are fraud and scam please avoid them

Intentionally denied any free trial offers when I signed up but now I am being charged for a phone service that the free trial period just ended on. I am not happy with this agent. I suggest you dodge this bullet

Terrible provider. Un-navigable website or even remotely helpful resources, no customer service, and I don’t know that they’ve ever once executed on their responsibility as a registered agent–I’ve not once received anything from them other than harassing emails. If you ever try to leave, you’ll discover they are set up as more of a collection agency than a service provider–that’s where they decide to spend their money and time instead of on their clients. I definitely do not recommend them.
