This Guillermo Mata guy is a scam. Worst service I had in the last 15 years. His extensions are not working properly. It’s documented on video. You request a refund it bans you from the Facebook group. There is nobody working in his support team. His 800 number does not work. Taking days if not weeks to get back to you if at all. It tells you that the refund has been processed but it never reaches your account. A SCAM. STAY AWAY.

This is horrible. They can’t even refund a small amount of money and refuse to get back to you. I can’t believe they do this. Check out RIPOFF report, they are on there and several other places for bad business.
