Unfortunately I cannot agree with the other 5 star reviews.I found RocketBox SEO in September 2018 after a search for a local SEO company. I signed up and everything seemed alright, until slowly more and more small issues became apparent.RocketBox SEO created a new website for me. I already had an existing website with a lot of content in form of blog posts and articles. I was assured all of that would be transferred. In January 2019 I noticed that none of my internal links were working. This was a big disappointment as I had spent a lot of time building these links and interlinking the content. I do not understand how link testing cannot be part of a SEO company’s regularly scheduled check-ups.After several other occurrences (such as a Twitter login from the Philippines that RocketBox later said was done by them – yet I had definitely not authorized them to pass on my login credentials to out-of-the-country contractors, mixing my Google Analytics account data with that of another client, telling me the fact that suddenly my GSC account showed ZERO links instead of >150 as before was due to Google taking a while to propagate etc.) I decided to part ways with them only 5 months into my 12 month contract. The big (and disappointing) surprise however only came after I hired another company to clean up my website and get my SEO back on track. RocketBox somehow managed to de-index all but a handful of my pages resulting in a deep decline in impressions. In addition, my new company found out that the contact form on my website was not set up correctly and did not forward any requests to me – I lost 5 months worth of client messages in the depths of the internet due to RocketBox’s work.I am attaching screenshots to show the impressions, keywords, indexed pages etc. with time lines. RocketBox worked for me from September 2018 to February 2019, and from February 2019 on I had a different company work for me. See for yourself.I am very disappointed about spending a large 4-figure sum on SEO and website development through RocketBox that had to be fixed for another large sum by another company. I hope I can prevent others from making that same mistake.
