DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! FRAUD!!! They forced transactions from my account and would say sorry but they needed the money for development. They sent invoices for work they said that was needed to complete. 2 and a HALF years later, they managed to take over $5000 from me and even at the request of the platform provider have not released the site. In addition, they have not yet even worked on the site!!!! They refuse to refund any money. I dont believe I have ever met a bigger bunch of crooks. They swindle out money and they have no intention on delivering. The company is a FRAUD and they are in business to STEAL money from hardworking people hoping to build a future on the internet.

After many back and forth emails with SEO PRO HUB I decided to leave a review. I started working with the company back in September of 2019 and decided to only focus on SEO instead of the recommended Social Media Marketing that they also wanted to sell me. I thought let’s try and master one thing first.My experience started off disjointed as I was assigned a rep named Chris who no longer works for the company from what I was told months later. Chris would send me emails here and there but mostly seemed to send my information to a writing team which seemed to pull fun facts off the internet regarding the counselling industry. For reasons I still do not understand the writing team would never speak to me directly which makes it difficult as the counselling world requires deeply personal websites. The writing was so dismal and so far from reflecting me I had a back and forth with Chris that lasted 4-6 weeks and the pace of work was very slow. Part of the slow down was I was waking up at 5 AM to re-edit poorly written work that I was paying for someone to write.Long story short I decided to pay for the program AHREFS to check out the quality of work being done at SEO PRO HUB and after a 6 month time period I am still not ranking for anything. There are multiple on page errors that were not fixed outside of the text editing. Furthermore the errors not being fixed are hurting the optimization when the only thing I hired them to do was optimize my page. And they have not been able to do a good job regarding link building either. Their general strategy is to send you a chart of what they say they have done for your site. However, I would challenge anyone to run this through AHREFS to validate the work is actually being done.Lastly, the new person Demitri that was assigned to my file chose to respond to my emails when he thought there was hope of selling me a new package. However, once I informed him I wanted my money back on approximately 4 to 5 occasions he started to go quiet and non-responsive. I found this extremely unprofessional and disappointing. My biggest complaint is that this company is extremely unavailable when I need them to be available and this makes them impossible to work with for me.I would caution anyone working with them this this company has too many layers that create disconnections to properly edit a website and optimize it. They might be able to make a page rank, but they don’t seem to care what tactics and what means need to be done to accomplish this. If I lived in California where they are located I would probably take further action against them as I disagree with their ethics and I kept all my communication through email so everything has proof attached to it. Their guarantee for results is not true from my perspective because they go unresponsive so they do not have to honour it. SCAMMERS! They will not refund us our money.$2400. They told us to call the bank to get our money back when they’ve had our money for 6 months. Unprofessional. They yell at us as their clients when they don’t like what they hear. Literally a yelling match. They supposedly fired their project team that was working with us and lost our website that they were building. Took them a month to retrieve it. The website they were building was pretty much copied off another website. No one has responded to us since we’ve asked for our refund. No one answers their phones. Don’t use this company!!!
