We have been trying to reach this company for renting their office but they are very unresponsive to the point that it is unprofessional and unreliable.My colleague has emailed and called multiple times to Telsec for days inquiring about their services and finally someone called Vanessa Graziosi responded by email only. After submitting an application by email with your personal info, they do not respond to you anymore despite you call and email them multiple times about an important matter. All of their phone extensions go to voice mail. We were never able to speak to a real person. There was no explanation for their delay and lack of response.It seems as though they are closed down. Businesses should beware of this company. Business is often conducted in a face paced environment and prompt communication is very important. This company failed to fulfill simple tasks (responding to emails and calls) and I would not trust a company like this to handle my mail or any office matters.
