James is the owner of this wonderful company. He is extremely knowledgeable about his craft. James takes the time to provide thorough and easy to understand updates on your website’s progress and what he is working on to improve performance. He has expanded our reach and improved our site look and performance across all product lines. We are a home improvement company with many different products and services and our site had become stale and outdated technically. Not to mention it was just way to massive to navigate for our customers. He revised our look, streamlined our site, and increased our visitors and leads. I could call James or email him at anytime he always responded promptly and with cheer. He went above and beyond to make changes to the site and put my sketchy ideas and vision into a far better reality than I could have imagined.
