I was looking for help when a buddy on the golf course said he’d employed Technerds to redesign and market-wise his old website and make it into something modern. I thought he meant he’d employed an IT wiz, you know on the payroll! A tech nerd! Turns out he used the company called Technerds! I’ve just finished a project with the team from Technerds and already my site traffic has improved.
Very beautiful building, under renovation, becoming more modern, maintaining its original structure.However, its internal organization has a little to be desired. Depending on who visits you, sometimes you have a little rude concierges in service, who instead of helping those who visit you (since this building is being remodeled), simply complicate your visit ... For example it seems that they are doing you a favor to indicate something or give information.Unfortunate...
Flamingo point is a mess, the Managment office so bad especially Luisa the manager!
Esta es la peor opción que usted puede elegir si va a rentar y busca tranquilidad en su hogar . Hace 4 meses me mudé aquí y fue la peor decisión que pude tomar . NO RESPETAN AL RESIDENTE y violan sus derechos . Si vas a mudarte aquí , prepárate para escuchar por un largo tiempo ruidos de construcción y polvo , porque no les importa derrumbar el apartamento de al lado . Tú tienes que soportar el ruido y el martillo en tus oídos . Esa es la realidad ! Sin contar que te sacan dinero por cualquier cosa que debería ser gratis o un derecho como huésped . Si tú renta es de $3000 prepárate para pagar $400 ó $500 más , todos los meses . Entre parque , gimnasio , Trastero, seguro de luz , seguro de condominio, y no se cuantos seguros más . ATENCIÓN ALCLIENTE HORRIBLE . No rentes aquí nunca !

Just want to share with you my thoughts about this place. I moved in here back in April 2020. I loved it in the beginning. But be aware, don't be fooled by beautiful exteriors of the building. The location is amazing but unfortunately due to COVID-19 it doesn't really matter because everything is closed and it's not worth the price i am paying for this place. The place is poorly maintained(my faucet keeps leaking even though someone came to fix it, people smoke in the building and i have to smell cigarette smoke in my bathroom all the time and they got ROACHES), a lot of people don't wear masks even though it is particularly enforced to do so. I had to cancel my gym membership because no one wears mask in the gym (even their own EMPLOYEES) during the pandemic. I honestly can keep going on the problems of the building I am sure all this is happening because they don't give a d... on this place. I am truly mad that i can't break a lease because i will end up paying a fine of 3000 and have to keep this place for a year.
After 8 months of living here, I’m super-satisfied with the newly-designed, fantastically manicured, bright grounds! The entrance/lobby is welcoming, true doormen and women smiling and holding the door. Lobby aroma is appealing and to hear trendy music always sets my vibe right as I enter and when leaving.View, undervalued and I’m grateful each and every time I look over my balcony...making entertaining a part of my routine. I wish I could post a pic here but you can check IG: joey.tony to see my sunset stories.This may help bc you won’t always be able to view a unit before you sign a lease (if unit is occupied, you sign without viewing actual unit, as did I). Btw I was overly impressed when I moved in and saw my unit for the time.As for issues and maintenance, I’m always impressed and will miss process here when I’m gone.Here’s the process if something comes up that you can’t handle or simply don’t want to, service calls are initiated on an online portal and addressed promptly.I’ve requested service for a fire detector beeping, patio door adjustments, to have silicone redone in bath area and even if I’d notice some common areas were not up to par, I’ve requested service quite regularly.Always, a prompt response and potentially multiple visits until done right. My experiences leave me 100% confident issues that arise are managed until completion. No worries.Management office has also expedited a last minute door lock issue (battery powered entry-door locks) with service team 10 minutes prior to closing to ensure My door would lock properly that night.Departments work together when necessary to keep us safe and happy.NOTE: 99% of buildings in Miami and Miami Beach do not have on-site service and especially at no additional cost to leasee...this is a luxury.Pool itself is definitely retro, but very clean, huge, with waitress offering very good poolside smoothies and small bites. Poolside furniture is new, comfy enough and it’s bayside, less than 50 feet from Biscayne Bay.Convenient mini-mart open until 3am, Bebeto’s Cafe is another level of coffee, daytime menu and obviously super-instagramable, full of modern-pastel colors and lighting that’ll inspire any foodie.This review is current and certainly cannot compare to past community reviews. It’s a new community and it’s cool. My experience and lifestyle here are fantastic, neighbors are respected and are seem to be overly courteous to each other.
