The woman who manages this store is HORRIBLE! She’s rude. She’s mean. She has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I can’t believe how she has treated me. She also treats anyone who walks in the door as if they are a second class person. The young men who work there are incredibly polite and go out of their way to help. Yet every time they do she chastises them for going the extra mile. I have not had the greatest of service at any UPS store, but thislocation beats them all. Taking my mailbox and my business anywhere but here!!!

The girl that works at this location is about the rudest employee I have ever met. I am gladly taking my business somewhere else.

This is the closest UPS i have. Been there several times. staff is very welcoming.

In our experience the staff was rude with poor attitudes at this location. One employee yelled at us across the store when we walked in. I found it offensive and harassing. I’m not sure why employees of a UPS store would scream at me for any reason. We were all taken aback. I do not recommend.

The woman working there has a major attitude. I came in there on Monday to redeem a coupon for a free key and 5 stamps. I get home the key doesn’t work. I bring it back today, and her response ya know it was free super sarcastically. She redoes the key and it still doesnt work. These coupons are to bring in customers and repeat business but I can guarantee because of her sarcastic nature and general apathy, the only thing that coupon brought was a bad review.

Very helpful and friendly. I will continue to ship from this location.
