Elite does a great job of making it seem like they are doing a good job. Make sure you pay close attention to your account and not your reports. It took us a while to realize how much money they were wasting. We told them to keep under a $15 cost per customer (average for our industry) and found that they wasted $12,000 on a $200 cost per customer on some campaigns. Other campaigns were not as bad but still horrible!!

Spent over an hour discussing my business needs with a sales rep who never followed through. I was promised a cost model of how my current paid search campaign would look had I used elite SEM. I gave access to my confidential AdWords and Google shopping account and nothing ever happened. No model and no updates. My time was wasted. These are very poor business practices that I wouldn’t recommend to other companies.
