Before we brought on Dawson and his team, our website was a source of the occasional sale. I didn't even really think that much more was possible and somewhat reluctantly agreed to their proposal for a wholesale redesign.Almost immediately after the new website launched, we started seeing more and more online sales, and our phone started ringing ALOT more often.Before too long, online sales were up well over 1,000% and have had a major impact on the profitability of our business.And as they continue to tweak things, our online sales continue to rise. In fact, in November of 2018, we had our best month ever, beating sales records of our traditionally best months (February - Valentine’s Day - and May - Mother’s Day).Every month, we do more in online sales than what we had to invest in our website redesign, so the ROI has been huge.
