Terrible experience – prepare to be nickel and dimed for everything that should be included in a hosting contract (Oh! – you want your site to be secured? That’s extra. Oh, we need to upgrade our platform…that’s extra (T&M). Yeah, we had a hardware failure that affected your site – but it was out of our control, so you don’t get a credit, even though your site was offline.) You get the picture. Higher prices and less included services – you do the math! Don’t even get me started on sub-standard service from the sales & designers/coding team… but whip quick response from the AR team!FYI- Check the references below and discount the Owner (Tom) and employee (Jessica) trying to fluff up their own rating. Would you rather have an agency that can stand on it’s own merits, or one that has to pad it’s reviews to not look bad?
