I’ve always had great experiences at this store. The employees here are much nicer and more professional than another UPS Store I had been going to further north. They’re doing a great job keeping it safe and clean during these times too.

Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had at a UPS store. First, I waited thirty minutes in the cold since they are only allowing four customers in the store due to Covid. That’s fair enough but when I get in the store and there are five employees and only two working, it’s a little disheartening that there’s not a care in the world to provide any greater level of customer service. So after waiting in the cold, I get to the front and the person helping me says there is a $2 charge to print a shipping label. FedEx NEVER charges a fee to use their service. If times are that tough maybe a 5 cent fee which is the cost of the page and ink but $2 it’s absurd. The manager (who was also in the back not helping move the customers along) did accept my package but reluctantly. I have a choice between UPS and FedEx. Customer care and service makes a difference and I’ll go somewhere else in the future.

Very patient and supportive staff who helped me figuring out how to do return an Amazon order which was shipped in two packages but had initially only one return slip.

Raine Miller is THE BEST person and employee!!! I can not say enough about her and how she got all of my things done right and mailed. We used printing and other mailing services. The best store ever!

The people that work here are always great and very happy to help out!! I’m really not sure what the negative reviews are about because I’ve always had plenty of help and the one time something was messed up they were happy to fix it free of charge right away.

What a gem this store is tucked into our little neighborhood. The staff at the Woodstock UPS Store works as a team and they are always ultra professional and helpful. In particular, I have been assisted a few times by a design specialist called Terrill who is clearly someone with a sophisticated art background and a high athestic. I am so impressed with her. I recommend this crew for anyone needing design help, small or large scale printing or graphics for work. They are GREAT !!

WARNING!! THIS PLACE CHARGES $2 PER PAGE FOR PRINTING!!!! Don’t make the same mistake I did.
